This week we have had a meeting for our first show, unfortunately George as our producer hasn’t shown an interest in the group and I have volunteered to take up the role of producer. This is a little bit scary for me, but I feel we have a good group and I can use the skills I learnt producing last year in this show on Siren FM. We have decided to base our show around horror in the media, as it airs just after Halloween.

Dylan delivered a lecture on our Siren shows and how they should be approached which is helpful for me as a producer. In the seminars we had to listen to both BBC Radio Lincolnshire and Lincs FM’s breakfast shows. We compared them based on their online input and their use of “visual” content.
